Training 8th April

Training Monday 8th April.

Was a good session on week 2 of my prog. The movement felt good and was happy with the overall lifting. Should be moving up the weights next week and hopefully see an increase in my max lifts.

This Morning I weighed in to find myself @ 93kg. So pushing to get back to 90kg over the next 2-3 weeks.
